Maivero Limited, company number 16427932, is the operator of PlanningForMyFuneral.co.uk.
Your planner answers
The My Funeral Planner is designed to keep your answers in your browser session. They are used to create the on screen My Funeral Wishes output. We do not intentionally receive or store those answers on our servers as part of the core planner.
Hosting information
The site is hosted using Netlify infrastructure. Like other web hosting providers, Netlify may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested URL.
Non essential cookies and tracking
The launch version does not use advertising cookies or third party behavioural advertising. If we later add non essential analytics or marketing technologies, we will update this notice and apply the required consent controls before using them.
If you contact us
If you email us, we will process the information you provide to respond to the enquiry and manage the correspondence. Do not send sensitive funeral, medical, banking or account information unless it is genuinely necessary.
Your rights
UK data protection law provides rights that may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability depending on the circumstances. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
